What happens to my personal information ?

We respect the privacy of our customers. Your personal information is used only to complete and ship your order and is not shared or sold to any other companies or mailing lists. Our ecommerce server uses the most up-to-date encryption to assure that your credit card information is secure.

If you prefer, we are always happy to take your credit card information via phone or fax.

What If the Item I Ordered is Out of Stock

How are backorders handled ?

When ordering please be sure to provide us with a telephone number and email address so we can inform you of any availability delays or questions about your order.

Special Orders

All custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. The balance of the order will be charged upon shipment from Malvern Saddlery to you. All custom order sales are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.

Shipping Information

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We ship via UPS ground. Rush delivery is available for most items - see below for additional costs. Some items and backorders may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Malvern Saddlery Return Merchandise Policy

Order with complete confidence with our 30 day no risk money back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.

Keep your proof of shipping (UPS receipt, etc) in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or with a value over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our Returns Department.

We will notify you via mail, phone or email once we have received and processed your return merchandise. You can expect a refund in the same method of payment you used for the original purchase within 14 to 21 business days of processing. Please note we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
